{"id":89,"date":"2017-01-31T13:45:32","date_gmt":"2017-01-31T18:45:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/titleix\/?page_id=89"},"modified":"2017-01-31T13:45:32","modified_gmt":"2017-01-31T18:45:32","slug":"ramapo-college-statement-prohibiting-sexual-harassment","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/titleix\/sexual-harassment-resources\/ramapo-college-statement-prohibiting-sexual-harassment\/","title":{"rendered":"Â鶹¹û¶³ College Statement Prohibiting Sexual Harassment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/poerd\/employee-handbook\/?collegePolicies=open\">Â鶹¹û¶³ College Statement Prohibiting Sexual Harassment<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Â鶹¹û¶³ College has a strong commitment to maintaining an atmosphere free of all forms of discrimination, including sexual harassment.\u00a0 In an effort to establish an environment in which the dignity and worth of all members of the College community are respected, sexual harassment of students and employees at Â鶹¹û¶³ College is unacceptable conduct and will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n<p>Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Submission to such conduct is made explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of an individual\u2019s employment or status in a course, participation in a program, activity or living situation;<\/li>\n<li>Submission to or rejection of such conduct is used as a basis for evaluating academic, employment or living conditions affecting an individual;
